The Sylmark Group is a group of affiliated integrated marketing companies founded in 1998 by industry pioneers who have collectively sold nearly $3 billion of consumer products to date. The Sylmark Group is a leading developer and multi-channel marketer of innovative consumer products. The Sylmark Group specializes in the sale of products via direct response television (DRTV) marketing, primarily through “long-form” infomercials lasting 30 minutes to market products directly to consumers and to create widespread awareness for such products to supports sales in a variety of retail channels. These companies also sell products through the Internet, catalogs, home shopping channels, credit card syndications, telemarketing, and print advertisements. The Sylmark Group’s products target primarily the fast growing housewares, exercise and personal care markets.
The Sylmark Group includes a number of sister companies, each of which is responsible for bringing a particular product to market. These companies include Miracle Blade, LLC, with over $150 million in sales of Miracle Blade knives; Ultimate Chopper, LLC, with over $100 million in sales of the Ultimate Chopper food processor; Walkfit, LLC and Phase IV LLC, with over $100 million in combined sales of Walkfit and Phase IV shoe orthotics; and many other companies with hit products currently being sold through DRTV. The Sylmark Group also includes Ideal Products, LLC, a sister company that markets products to retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, as well as numerous other retail and catalog channels. The Sylmark Group also includes Sylmark, Inc., a contractual partner that provides a wide range of services to its partners in the Sylmark Group, including product development, supply chain management, creative/infomercial production, media testing, media buying, order processing and up-selling, customer service, legal and accounting support, and logistics and fulfillment.
